		<description>This is very similar to the &quot;Lazy Daisy&quot; cake that my Granny made during the 50&#039;s.  She topped it while warm with a mixture of brown sugar, a cube of butter, chopped walnuts or pecans, and a little cream.  This was brought to a boil, and cooked for a little while, then spread over the warm cake and put under the broiler until it just barely browned.  I made this today, on Easter, for my family including my grandchildren.  It&#039;s a family tradition.</description>
